1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using BlackBook AI(“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered diploma students, engineering students, educators, and institutional subscribers.

2. Nature of the Service & Academic Responsibility

BlackBook AI provides automated project analysis, diagram generation, semantic knowledge graph synthesis, and document drafting calibrated for Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) and technical university curriculum formats.

Academic Integrity Notice: The Platform is engineered as a productivity and formatting assistant to eliminate manual word-processing friction. Students retain final responsibility for reading, verifying, understanding, and validating all drafted chapters with their designated college project guide before formal submission or viva voce examinations.

3. Student Intellectual Property Rights

We firmly believe that student work belongs entirely to the student. You retain 100% exclusive intellectual property ownership over all source code, git repositories, database schemas, architectural diagrams, screenshots, and text generated through your account on the Platform.

We do not claim any copyright or commercial license over your projects. Furthermore, your private project source code is never used to train public foundation models or shared with third parties.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access generation features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify BlackBook AI of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Guarantee

The Platform offers both free and paid subscription plans (such as Student Pro and Institute licenses). Paid features are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.

Guide Rejection Guarantee:If a document generated under an active Student Pro plan is formally rejected by your college project guide specifically due to layout formatting non-compliance with published MSBTE standards, our engineering team will manually reformat the document to your college's guidelines at zero additional charge, or issue a full refund upon request within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: (a) upload malicious code, trojans, or harmful scripts; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform; (c) use the Platform to generate fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful academic documentation for projects you did not author; (d) resell, lease, or syndicate generated outputs on third-party commercial marketplaces.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While BlackBook AI works directly with academic guidelines to provide the highest compliance, we make no guarantees regarding academic marks, grades, or external examination outcomes awarded by educational boards. Under no circumstances shall BlackBook AI be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
